Arbor Square

Deerfield Township, Warren County, Ohio

Arbor Square is an upscale retail center located at the intersection of Mason Montgomery and Socialville Foster Roads in Deerfield Township in the high growth area of northern greater Cincinnati. A 70,000 sf Kroger store anchors the center which also includes Petsmart, Joann Fabrics, and 38,000 sf of attached shops. The frontage lots feature McDonalds, Wendy's, Bob Evans, Gold Star Chili, Firestone, and the very first P&G Mr. Clean Car Wash.

Eastgate-Jackson Square

Union Township, Clermont County, Ohio

Jackson Square is a 32-acre retail development located strategically between the Eastgate Mall and Meijer. The highly visible project currently includes a Longhorn Steakhouse and Cheeseburger in Paradise restaurant, Hampton Inn, and two multi-tenant buildings which include retailers such as Starbucks and Penn Station. A retail facility project, including Hobby Lobby, McDonalds and Raising Cane's, currently owned by Casto, is located on a part of the development originally developed for a Home Quarters Home Improvement store.

Western Commons

Green Township, Hamilton County, Ohio

Western Commons is a 350,000 sf retail center located on 30 acres at the high traffic interchange of I-74 and Harrison Road. The project was developed in 2001 by Dick Haglage in partnership with Anchor Properties. The center is anchored by Meijer and Kohls and features the area's highest volume Longhorn Steakhouse.

Western Hills Square

Green Township, Hamilton County, Ohio

Dick Haglage developed Western Hills Square with his partners Randy Smith and Hans French at Portfolio Properties in partnership with Anchor Properties on the former Ferguson Hills Drive-In theater. Walmart, Kroger, Petsmart, and Walgreens are the anchor tenants of this highly successful retail center.
